  • All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within  1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Costs & Methods

We try to keep shipping as simple and affordable as possible:

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of SHIPPING COST, ₹59 / for standard delivery across India.

  • Express Shipping (If applicable): Available at checkout for INR 99.

  • Free Shipping Threshold (If applicable): We offer free standard shipping on all orders over INR 1,499.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Because we source high-quality products directly from our manufacturing partners to give you the best prices, delivery times can vary slightly based on your location:

  • Standard Delivery: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive once shipped.

  • Note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may occasionally take longer due to courier delays or high-volume festive seasons.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will typically become active within 24-48 hours.

  • You can track your package directly on our website via the "Track Order" page or through the courier’s tracking portal.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

We know how exciting it is to wait for a new gadget or home upgrade! If you experience any issues:

  • Delayed Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated [ 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS], please reach out to us.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or building security first. If it is still missing, contact us immediately.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
